Emergency Shelter Kit

The "E.S.K. (Emergency Shelter Kit) Brolly" is marketed by Somerset Region SES Unit's Financial Support Group as a promotional item to raise awareness of this Service across the State by way of a highly visual golf style umbrella (a photo of the "branded" product is attached). The E.S.K. (or "vollie brolly") proudly sports the SES crest in a single orange colour on two opposing white panels.

The brolly is ideal for use in wet and/or sunny conditions when SES personnel are required to brave the elements but find that wet weather gear or other protection is inappropriate or inconvenient, or simply in the field with officers of other services (in land search, storm, traffic accident or numerous other situations) and find that a light & convenient form of shelter is needed.

This promotional item also makes an ideal gift to show appreciation to individuals or organisations who have supported the local SES in some practical way.

It's a high quality (almost "self-righting") umbrella with fibreglass shaft, spars and ribs, and is available for $25.00 (plus Parcel Post delivery at very reasonable rates).

You won't see a better looking SES brolly than the E.S.K. - they'll "come up large" on the TV news!
